User 1: This is NOT the first Avanti product I have bought. However, I NOT pleased with my experience on this purchase. The cooler cover is NOT as sturdy as I think it should be. Now that’s bad enough but it gets worse. Mine broke and I contacted customer service. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I was told that there were NO replacement parts for this model. So just bear this in mind if you intend to buy this unit.
User 2: The reason I went for this refrigerator is simply because it fit the little space I had for it in my kitchen. But I do have a complaint: It is NOT frost free like I was informed. With each new day the frost grows, my freezer space keeps getting smaller. So if you are concerned about frost-free operations, stay away from this unit.
User 3: I have just bought the Avanti RA752PST refrigerator and I must say that I am pleased with what I have so far. And, I think it comes at a good price too.

User 1: I give it an overall rating of 5 out of a maximum of 5. I am quite happy with this purchase. It has more space than my old unit and works very quietly. I mean so quietly that you might NOT even know it’s working. I also love it because it is easy to clean and the color matches other appliances in my RV.
User 2: We would gladly recommend this unit to anyone who’s considering buying it. It fit into the small space we intended for it. My wife loves the fact that the top freezer comes as a separate apartment.

You have to defrost periodically since it is NOT frost free. The shelves are very restrictive because of what I consider poor design decisions by the engineers. However, I would be lying if I told you that this isn’t a good fridge. It is. It’s just that it was NOT what I was really looking for.

User 1: I give this an overall rating of 5 out of 5. It is a great bargain and performs excellently. One thing I love in particular are the adjustable shelves. If I have any issues with this unit, it is that I don’t know what the best temperature settings are.

User 1: I will strongly advise you NOT to buy this unit. Yes, it is very cheap but then you get what you pay for. The shelf wires are NOT strong enough. They bend with the weight of cans. It is also noisy and doesn’t keep things cold enough. But interestingly, if you have your cans very close to the back (near the fan), they will freeze. You will also discover that the thermostat doesn’t isn’t easy to control.
I have had two of this unit so I know from experience. The first one broke while it was still under warranty and they graciously sent another which also broke. I am going to buy another brand since my experience with this isn’t pleasant.
User 2: I would recommend this unit based on my experience with it. I took my time in doing research before picking this particular one and I have NOT been disappointed: The number of drinks it holds and keeps cold is amazing. My gripes about this unit are the sensitive control panel. It only takes a slight brush against it for your settings to change — That’s NOT a good thing. I also think that it could be a little cheaper than it is. But it is worth the money I have paid for it.

The mirrored glass door defeats my purpose of getting a glass door: I want to see clearly what’s inside without having to open it. Another thing I don’t like is the fact that the inside light does NOT give as much light as is need to see the entire interior. It only illuminates a part of the top shelf.
I also wonder why they would put an interior light on a timer which stays on for only ten minutes. I guess they don’t want you to look inside for too long. Surprisingly, though, the light on the temperature display is quite bright. I guess I will have to cover it with a tape.
User 4: I give this fridge an overall rating of 5 out of 5. I love it performance, looks and the value for money spent. One feature I love so much is the glass front. It makes it easy to know if the fridge is stocked without having to open it. It also keeps beverages at the same temperature unlike other brands that gives uneven results — Some drinks are at the right temperature while some get frozen when it filled to full capacity. I don’t see any negative with this fridge and consider to have everything I need. Highly recommended.

User 1: I give this unit an overall rating of 3 out of 5. I obviously won’t recommend it to anyone. Here are my thoughts about it: On the plus side, it’s cheap. However, on the minus side, It wasn’t cooling enough maybe because the door came misaligned. This made it NOT to close properly and it was affecting its ability to cool. I worked on the door and it now works better but NOT up to what I want even when it’s set to its coldest.
User 2: For performance, I will give this unit a rating of 4 out of 5 but for appearance I will give it just 3 out of 5. I also give a three out of five for value. We had to complain to Avanti about the first refrigerator they delivered to us. It had problems. Then sent us a new one after about 2 weeks. It was NOT pleasant going through all that headache but the company did keep their end of the bargain.
So would I recommend this unit in spite of my experience? Yes, I would.

User 1: This is a beautiful unit but we have an undesirable experience and it has to do with the ice maker. Ice made from it has a bad odor when. We’ll be glad if anyone could helps us solve this problem. Apart from this issue, we consider this refrigerator to be a good buy.
User 2: Take note that I have used the Amana AFF2534FE refrigerator for just two month before this review. We bought this model because of the reviews we saw on a similar model. We love the ice maker and it works great for a 6-year old daughter who can now get ice cubes for herself easily. This is important for folks who want an ice maker that can be easily reached by kids. We were concerned about her falling into the freezer drawer but that won’t be the case with this unit.
It has lots of room and is both easy to adjust and clean — You can easily slide out the glass shelves and also adjust their heights. You can also store large bottles or juice cartons with ease in the pockets in each of the doors. I love this convenience. Here’s something you need to know about the shelves…
If you lower the top shelves on both sides in order to store juice and milk cartons then you won’t be able to store tall items in the lower shelves unless you remove one completely. Also, if you are NOT so tall, you might have a hard time seeing food items at the back of the to shelves.
All in all, this is a great unit and I recommend it.

User 1: I score this 5 out of 5. I gladly recommend this refrigerator to anyone interested in buying it. It has been a great purchase for us. The internal ice dispenser, the bottom drawer ice and free — We just love them. To tell you the truth, we have owned this unit since 2005 and we can tell you that we’ve had no problems with it since then.
User 2: This unit came at a very good price. Although we had to wait for a while for it to get to us, we were glad when it finally got to us. It fits our needs perfect and we love it. We would gladly recommend it.
User 3: After we’ve searched around online for a 25 cu ft refrigerator that fits our counter and has a textured finish, we found this one and it just fit our specifications. It has a lot of room on its inside and works quitely. We are happy with this purchase and gladly recommend it to you. We got ours too at a very good price.
User 4: I don’t think I will recommend the Amana AFD2535DE 25.0 cu. ft. Freestanding French Door Refrigerator to anyone. I have owned mine for over 6 years now and have done three repairs so far simply because it has problems with cooling in the refrigeration part. Here are other repairs/replacements I have made so far: Evaporator fan twice (replaced), electronic panel once. What would I have done without extended warranty which was what removed the sting of the repairs?
So my advice: Don’t buy this unit or if you must, get an extended warranty and keep extending it since you will surely need to do lots of repairs.
User 5: Although I have NOT used mine for a very long time, I must say that I am happy with this unit. It keeps thing fresh for longer as evident in how long my pasturized milks stays fresh. But then I have use it for only a month — So far, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it.
User 6: On the plus side, this unit looks great and is easy to clean. However, on the down side, it breaks down too much. Within the time I have owned it, it’s broken down twice. And at the moment, I am waiting for it to be worked on. I have lost food worth hundreds of dollars because of these break downs. So my advice is that you should avoid this model since it obviously has a lot of issues that makes it break down often. But if you want to buy it, then make sure you get an extended in house service contract since you will definitely need it.

User 1: I give this product an overall rating of 5 stars. It is beautiful. It works efficiently and is priced right — I couldn’t ask for more. So far, I have NOT found anything bad to say about this refrigerator.
Really, it’s NOT always that you can find a 28″ refrigerator that comes with so much. It has an ice-maker and comes with glass shelves. One other thing I love about this unit is that its handles don’t protrude. If space is a premium in your kitchen, you’ll find this very beneficial. Among all my appliances, I consider it among the best in performance and efficiency. I will surely recommend this to anyone who is shopping.
User 2: I would recommend this unit even though I have a few issues: It is small and the sides are NOT smooth. However, that said, the smallness could actually be considered an advantage depending on what your needs are — If you live in a small space, for example.
About the sides the aren’t smooth, I probably wouldn’t have picked this unit if I had noticed it in the images shown. But all the same, I consider it good value for the money I paid. By the way, I love the shape and the fact that it has no handles.

It doesn’t have many whistles and bells (That is, it is limited in functionality). It might be too plain for some people’s liking. But as far as I am concerned, it does its job very well and that keeps me happy. Buy it if you want something that does the job. Leave it if you want a refrigerator that has a lot of bells and whistles.

It is a full size freestanding top freezer. It has hinges on the right, has reversible doors that come with a smooth finish. So you know the dimensions of what you are buying, it has a width of 33 1/8″, depth of 31 1/2″, depth with door at 90° is 61 1/4″, height of 66 1/2″ and the height without hinges is 65 1/2″.

User 1: You will be attracted to this because it is visually appealing and comes at a good price. However, you will find that the door shelf brackets are NOT the very best. They pop off quite easily.
Really, for the price I got it and for it visual appeal, I was quite excited. But painfully, I can’t say any other good thing about this unit: The caps were glued in and so were tough to get out so I could swing the door from right to left. This ruined those caps.
The other poor experience I have with this unit is that the shelf brackets pops off every time I put a jug of milk in (The jug is a gallon and it is supposed to hold such jugs but doesn’t. Presently, the bottom bracket also pops off. This began since the night the top shelf popping off made my stuff crash onto the floor. I surely won’t recommend this to anyone who would mind having shelves popping off. If you don’t mind this, then go ahead and buy it.
User 2: Although I give this an overall rating of 5 stars, I still have a complaint. I would have preferred it if it had an interior light in the top freezer. If you have to pick stuff in the midnight, you will find it a needful feature.
